Where She Goes

I want to be where she’s going to.

Rushing out the door, when the days thru.

I want to be her anticipated destination

Her getaway, a pleasureful vacation.

As she’s in traffic and it’s at a stand still.

thinking of us on the couch, pizza as we chill.

I want to be her Disneyland,  her favorite place.

All day to see me she can barely wait

And when she gets to me she’ll tell me all she’s  been through.

I’ve  been looking forward to it, because I couldn’t wait to get to her Too.
